BrownGlobalSTORE INFORMATION
Privacy policy — BrownGlobal
Who handles your information
BrownGlobal operates this storefront and handles customer relationships, orders and appointments. Mercantora, operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC, provides technology for the storefront. Depending on the processing arrangement and applicable law, the business and platform may each have distinct privacy responsibilities.
Information used
When you place an order or book a service, the business may receive your name, contact details, delivery information, selected products or services, appointment details and information needed to fulfill your request. Technical information needed to secure the website may also be processed.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to receive and administer requests, coordinate services, send requested operational notices and protect the website. Authorized vendors such as payment, email, hosting and delivery providers may process data as needed to operate these services. Payment-card details are handled through supported secure processors rather than ordinary customer emails.
Retention and requests
The period for which information is retained depends on the business's legal obligations and the platform's applicable data-retention procedures. To request access, corrections or deletion where available, contact BrownGlobal at 4705416281. For Mercantora technical or platform privacy enquiries, email admin@brownglobal.app.
Additional local requirements
Certain regions require more detailed notices, consent mechanisms or specific contact details. This general notice does not remove those requirements; the business should provide any additional applicable disclosures before collecting customer data.
