Information processed
We process applications, business/account details, product/service data, order and booking details, customer contacts, delivery addresses, staff access and payment references to operate the service. Each business uses its own customer records to fulfill orders and appointments.
Payments and providers
Stripe collects card and connected-account verification data on hosted interfaces. We store payment references/statuses, not full card numbers. Hosting and database providers process data to deliver the service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Access and retention
Access is limited by business and staff role. Records are kept for fulfillment, billing, security and legal obligations. Some financial records must be retained by law. Contact the business directly about its customer/fulfillment records.
Storage and international processing
Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and protects the service. This build includes no advertising trackers. Providers may process data outside your country; required data-processing arrangements must be in place before use.
Adults and security
Business accounts are for authorized adults. Do not submit passwords or identity documents in notes. No service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected incidents promptly.
